This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex, client-focused web development projects using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern full-stack technologies. You will collaborate with international clients to understand their requirements, design tailored solutions, and implement scalable, high-quality software. The position involves both backend and frontend development, frequent client interactions, and hands-on debugging and problem-solving. Working in a fully remote, dynamic environment, you will contribute to delivering projects on time and within scope while enhancing your technical expertise. Accountabilities

As a Senior AEM Full Stack Developer, you will:

Design and implement customized solutions for web development using AEM.
Validate, debug, and maintain implementations, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
Follow best practices for code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to peers and junior developers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
Advanced proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills for interacting with US clients.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-have:

Experience in full-stack development beyond AEM (Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Experience in client-facing roles with regular project updates and technical discussions.
