Remoto Porfavor connects LATAM-based job seekers with remote jobs from companies based in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and beyond. We provide a platform for job postings, discovery, and newsletter job alerts — but we are not a recruiter or employment agency.

Creating an account may be required for employers posting jobs or job seekers using certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all actions taken under your account.

4. Job Postings and User Content
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content submitted, including job listings and company profiles.
By submitting content:
- You grant Remoto Porfavor a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote it across the Service and in promotional communications
- You confirm you own the content or have the right to post it
- You agree that the content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights, and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or malicious material
We may, at our discretion, remove any content that violates these Terms or our policies.
5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Posting jobs on Remoto Porfavor may involve fees, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Partially used job listings
- Early removal or cancellation
- Auto-renewal charges unless explicitly disabled before billing
Employers are responsible for managing renewals and billing preferences.
6. Email Communications and Newsletter
By subscribing to our newsletter or applying for jobs, you agree to receive relevant job alerts and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the email or visiting our unsubscribe page.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, software, and design elements are owned by Remoto Porfavor or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.
Content submitted by users remains theirs, but Remoto Porfavor may use it to deliver and promote the Service.
8. Third-Party Links
Our platform may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or behavior, and your use of those sites is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We make no guarantees about job seeker outcomes or employer hires

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the last 12 months (if any)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remoto Porfavor, its team, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your content or job listings
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
11. Modifications to These Terms
