This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in EMEA/LATAM.

In this role, you will shape and elevate digital experiences across multiple platforms, creating intuitive and impactful design solutions that address real business and user challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver elegant, functional, and scalable design systems while driving innovation in product development. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will take ownership of the entire design cycle—from research and ideation to testing and delivery. Accountabilities

Conduct deep analysis of customer needs and business challenges to identify pain points.
Develop and deliver impactful, user-centered design solutions.
Think strategically about the product at both high-level and detailed levels.
Present and explain design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
Define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment throughout the design process.
Take full ownership of design work from ideation to final release.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers.
Work across multiple platforms, including employee portals, employer portals, and admin dashboards.
Build, maintain, and update components within the Design System.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of end-to-end product design experience for web and mobile applications.
Strong expertise in both UX and UI design, with hands-on experience in design systems.
Proven B2B product design background.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
Comfortable working in close collaboration with development teams.
Experience contributing across the full development lifecycle, from ideation to QA.
Based in EMEA or LATAM time zones.
Passion for design, with the ability to balance depth of focus and rapid execution.
