What are we looking for?We are currently looking for a Webmaster to become a valuable addition to our team! The Webmaster will be responsible for ensuring that our websites function smoothly, are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities• Design and build landing pages and microsites for internal and client use.• Create prototypes and wireframes using Figma.• Design visual assets using Adobe Suite and Canva.• Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure SEO and brand alignment.• Integrate tools like HubSpot, CRM platforms, and analytics.• Stay up-to-date with UX trends and web technologies.

Requirements
Experience• 7+ years in UX/UI design and/or webmaster roles.• Proven experience managing WordPress sites and hosting platforms (WP Engine).• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, landing pages, and UX thinking.
Tools & Skills• WordPress, WP Engine.• Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.• Google Analytics, SEO fundamentals.
Soft Skills• High creativity and visual intuition• Ability to translate abstract ideas into actionable designs.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
Nice to have• Certification in Web Development or Digital Marketing.• Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.• Experience managing domains, DNS, and other internet infrastructure topics.
